The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Thamel market, the heritage sites, and even a casino. It offers easy access to everything a tourist would want to experience in the city. The staff is described as extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The cafe restaurant serves delicious food, including the popular momo, and offers excellent service. the hotel provides a convenient and enjoyable experience for travelers.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations to improve certain areas, such as the bathrooms which may be small and outdated.

Stayed at a centrally located hotel close to Thamel. Had easy access to ATMs, coffee shops, and shopping outlets. Enjoyed delicious breakfast options at the coffee shop, as well as authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine at the durbar restaurant. Appreciated the room near the pool and the prompt resolution of a noise issue by the duty manager. had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Conveniently located on a bustling shopping street with great restaurants nearby. Modern, well-maintained with efficient check-in. Club room was spacious, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good amenities, including tea/coffee facilities and complimentary water. Breakfast was good, with helpful staff. Among the best hotels in the city for business and leisure travelers.

Stayed here with my family for a night and enjoyed our experience. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was very friendly. We liked the complimentary breakfast they offered, and having multiple restaurants within the hotel was very convenient. The location is great, being close to many food options and easy access to the city. On top of that, we loved the pool area, which was a nice place to relax and take a swim.

One downside was the lack of complimentary bathroom items. Also, the quality of some of the amenities could be improved.

I stayed in a Club Room, which was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. It was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and functional bathroom. The bed and linen were fresh and clean, and the air conditioning, although a bit noisy, worked well. The hotel provided tea and coffee making facilities, as well as complimentary mineral water. The bathroom was spotless and all amenities worked perfectly. The towels were fresh and the toiletries of good quality. Breakfast, although slightly overpriced, was good, and the staff at the restaurant were helpful and cheerful. The person at the egg and waffle station was especially amazing, and the restaurant in-charge even offered me fresh pineapple when I mentioned wanting more variety of fresh fruit. this hotel is one of the best in terms of location, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff.
